How It Works
Our Process
Site Induction
Our site supervisor completes the exhibition hall induction and receives the official work schedule.
Material Receiving
All booth components arriving at the venue are verified against the packing list.
Build Phase
Systematic installation following the approved build sequence, with progress check-ins every 4 hours.
Snag & Punch
Site supervisor walks the complete booth against the design to identify and fix any snags before handover.
Client Handover
Formal booth handover with client sign-off. We remain on-call throughout the show for any issues.
